Job Description

Role Overview iOPEX is looking for motivated and communication-savvy professionals to join its International Technical Support team in Chennai. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity in a voice process role where you will handle real-time inbound or outbound technical support calls for international clients. The role is based at Ambit IT Park, Chennai, and operates on a predominantly night shift schedule with a 5-day work week. Key Responsibilities - Handle real-time voice calls for international customers seeking technical support and assistance - Diagnose and resolve technical queries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards - Follow established troubleshooting protocols and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the system - Adhere to shift schedules, quality benchmarks, and performance targets set by the team Required Qualifications - Minimum 6 months of experience in an international technical voice process (Healthcare BPO, Desktop Support, Domestic Help Desk, and AR Calling experience will not be considered) - Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear and confident speaking manner - HSC, Diploma, or any undergraduate qualification is acceptable; graduation is not mandatory - Must be an immediate joiner and available to join within 15 to 20 days - Valid relieving documents from the previous employer linked to UAN are mandatory Why Join Us iOPEX offers a structured career path with Internal Job Posting opportunities and dedicated career progression plans, making it an excellent place to grow within the BPO and technical support industry. Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international technical voice process - Excellent verbal communication skills in English - HSC, Diploma, or any undergraduate qualification - Immediate joiner within 15 to 20 days - Valid relieving documents from the last employer as per UAN - Ability to handle real-time international voice calls - Willingness to work predominantly night shifts on a rotational basis
