Job Description

Role Overview Bazaarvoice is hiring a Technical Success Manager (Tier 2 support) in Bengaluru to join its APAC Client Services team. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical inquiries, site integrations, and bug reports for enterprise clients. Operating as a technical relationship manager, you will provide best practices guidance via case and phone communications to maintain client site health and meet SLO targets. Key Responsibilities - Troubleshoot cases of medium to high complexity involving HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs - Explain technical concepts, integration specifications, and limitations to diverse client audiences - Partner with internal client success, TAM, and engineering teams to resolve concerns - Conduct screen-sharing sessions with clients to de-escalate situations and explain platform usage - Document technical issues, create knowledge base articles, and act as a product subject matter expert Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in technical product support, with 1-2 years supporting SaaS clients - Deep hands-on experience with Web 2.0 technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, XML) - Experience managing enterprise clients and global brand portfolios - Fluent in business-level English (written and verbal) - Familiarity with ticketing and collaboration systems (Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence) Why Join Us Bazaarvoice is a Great Place to Work certified company that connects brands and retailers with consumers. Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in handling Tier 2 Technical / product support (1-2 years SaaS client support) - Strong reading and understanding of Web 2.0 technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API, XML) - Experience working in a client-facing role with enterprise clients and global brands - Working knowledge of Salesforce, Confluence, and JIRA - Exceptional business English communication skills (written and verbal) - Understanding of SEO and API concepts is preferred
