Technical / Senior Technical Account Manager

Role Overview Doceree is seeking a dynamic Technical or Senior Technical Account Manager to join our Global Supply Partnership team in Noida. In this office-based role, you will engage with top publisher accounts in the AdTech and PharmaTech sectors, manage technical integrations, and troubleshoot system issues. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with key publisher clients as a trusted technical advisor. - Manage technical onboarding and implementation, ensuring successful system integration for new clients. - Act as the primary technical contact, resolving troubleshooting requests and client queries. - Conduct live product demos to prospective clients and customize presentations for varying audiences. - Collaborate across sales, product, and customer success teams to align integrations with client goals. - Gather insights from client interactions to inform product upgrades and report on account health. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Five or more years of experience as a technical account manager, publisher operations specialist, or similar role. - Hands-on expertise in the AdTech, programmatic advertising, or digital media space. - Strong familiarity with Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) and the programmatic publisher ecosystem. - Outstanding presentation, client management, and real-time troubleshooting skills.
