Team Lead - Content Moderation

Role Overview Wipro is looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee a content moderation team managing a high-tech account in a fully non-voice environment. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in content review, especially Child Safety content, combined with strong people management skills. This is a full-time opportunity based out of Bengaluru with a rotational 24/7 shift structure. Key Responsibilities - Manage overall team performance across key metrics including Accuracy, AHT, SLAs, Attrition, and Shrinkage - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of content reviewers to achieve operational targets - Drive quality and productivity initiatives and ensure continuous process improvement - Review and moderate sensitive content including Child Safety material in compliance with platform guidelines - Analyze team data to identify trends and implement corrective measures - Ensure all compliance requirements, policy adherence, and delivery timelines are consistently met - Stay current on trending topics spanning politics, sports, entertainment, and sensitive global events Required Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline from a recognised institution - Minimum 2 years of experience in content review or high-tech account moderation (such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter) - Mandatory prior experience handling Child Safety content - Strong English communication skills at CEFR B2 level or above in reading, writing, and speaking - Proven analytical and data interpretation capabilities - Ability to work comfortably in a 24/7 rotational shift environment - Notice period within 30 days preferred Why Join Us Wipro is a globally recognised digital transformation partner that empowers its employees to grow and reinvent themselves alongside the organisation.
