Role Overview Navi is seeking a results-driven Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of telesales advisors in Bengaluru. In this role, you will guide advisors to help customers make informed motor and health insurance decisions. Key Responsibilities - Lead, train, and motivate a team of insurance advisors to achieve fresh and retention sales targets - Run daily team stand-up meetings to ensure productivity and adherence to defined SOPs - Conduct root cause analysis for performance deviations and coach team members to improve - Implement sales strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards - Maintain transparency and a customer-centric mindset across all team customer interactions - Identify and drive people and process improvement initiatives within the telesales unit - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide continuous feedback to team members Required Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams, preferably in telesales or insurance sales - Strong leadership, coaching, and persuasive skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Detail-oriented approach with the ability to dive deep into performance metrics Why Join Us We offer a high-ownership environment where ideas turn into impact quickly.
