Requirements

Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract high-potential students and recent graduates for internship and full-time positions. Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, student organisations, and career centres to enhance our campus recruitment efforts. Plan and coordinate campus events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events, to promote our employer brand and engage with prospective candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment plans for non-IT positions across various departments. Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Conduct interviews, assess candidates'
