Supervisor Transaction Processing

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor in Transaction Processing to lead and manage high-performing operations teams at our Kochi facility. Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily operations of complex transaction processing teams and ensure all shift volumes are completed within defined turnaround times - Coach team members on performance, coordinate daily work activities, and monitor overall quality of output during assigned shifts - Conduct performance appraisals and pay reviews, and actively participate in hiring and termination decisions - Act as Subject Matter Expert for transaction processing functions and manage escalated issues and complex operational tasks - Collaborate with managers on key client performance metrics and facilitate efficient work allocation across the team - Track and report daily and monthly performance data, and participate in client meetings and internal progress reviews - Drive continuous process improvement initiatives without compromising quality standards Required Qualifications - Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline - 2 to 5 years of experience in transaction processing or a related BPM or BPO environment - Demonstrated ability to supervise and coach teams of three or more employees - Strong working knowledge of transaction processing workflows, systems, and quality standards - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to apply technical experience and precedents to resolve ongoing challenges - Effective interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate across internal teams and external client stakeholders - Ability to manage workloads independently and ensure consistent adherence to company policies and standards Why Join Us At Conduent, individuality is recognised and celebrated, and every associate is empowered to make a meaningful impact. - 2 to 5 years of experience in transaction processing or BPO operations - Proven experience supervising and managing teams - Strong knowledge of transaction processing systems and procedures - Ability to manage performance reviews and conduct appraisals - Experience handling escalations and complex operational tasks - Subject matter expertise in relevant processing functions - Strong coaching and leadership capabilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to monitor and ensure quality and turnaround time targets are met - Graduate or postgraduate qualification in any stream
