Supervisor - Revenue Cycle Management

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Supervisor for Revenue Cycle Management to lead a team in US Healthcare AR operations. This role requires expertise in collections, AR follow-up, and denial management with proven team handling capabilities. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate claims documentation, monitoring team performance, and driving process improvements across the revenue cycle function. Key Responsibilities - Document and deliver accurate and timely claims data to team liaisons and stakeholders - Monitor, measure, and report team performance metrics while implementing incentive programs - Build and maintain effective relationships with internal customers including team leads, managers, and directors - Identify and coordinate process improvement opportunities with team members - Deliver and facilitate both new and ongoing training programs for team members - Analyze quality results, identify error trends, and develop improvement plans at department and individual levels - Manage team incentives and provide feedback to management on training outcomes - Support leadership in promoting department revenue and business objectives Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from any stream - 5+ years of experience in RCM collections including hospital billing or infusion services - 3+ years of hands-on experience in AR Follow-up and Denial Management - 2+ years of team handling experience with minimum span of 15 people - Demonstrated expertise in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management and AR calling - Provider hospital AR experience from US Healthcare industry - Proficiency in MS Office with strong reporting and MIS skills - Excellent interpersonal and people management capabilities - Willingness to work night shifts and Indian holidays Why Join Us Optum is a leading healthcare company offering career growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.
