Student Success Advisor

As a Student Success Advisor, you will serve as a dedicated guide for students seeking admissions and scholarship opportunities at universities abroad. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about education consulting and student mentorship. Key Responsibilities - Develop thorough knowledge of scholarship and admission processes for multiple international destinations - Assist students in identifying and applying for suitable universities and scholarship programs aligned with their academic goals - Evaluate student profiles to understand their backgrounds, aspirations, and application needs - Shortlist universities and scholarship options customised to individual student requirements - Write persuasive scholarship essays and Statements of Purpose on behalf of students - Track and manage application timelines and deadlines for a dedicated portfolio of students - Engage with students regularly through phone and email, spending approximately 3 to 4 hours each day on student calls Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously with attention to detail - Comfortable with high-volume calling and client interaction on a daily basis - Self-motivated and eager to learn about international higher education systems - Prior experience in education counselling or student advising is a plus but not mandatory Why Join Us WeMakeScholars partners with over 14 leading banks and NBFCs including SBI, Axis Bank, and ICICI Bank, and facilitated nearly 10,000 crore in student loans last year alone.
