Sr. Specialist - F&A - FP&A 4C

Role Overview Genpact is seeking a Senior Specialist in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our Finance team in Noida. In this role, you will drive monthly forecasting, annual operating plans, and variance analysis for revenue and cost lines. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate across functions, develop advanced financial models, and support senior management decision-making. Key Responsibilities - Manage monthly forecasting and annual operating plans for revenue and cost lines, including SG&A, IT, and STIP. - Perform financial performance tracking, variance analysis, and reporting to senior management. - Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, dashboards, and insightful performance reviews. - Develop financial models and build scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate forecasts and identify process optimization opportunities. - Partner with multiple business stakeholders and divisions to support reporting metrics. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or Finance; or a Master's degree in Finance. - Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, CPA, or FMVA are highly preferred. - Prior experience in financial planning and analysis, general ledger, or financial management operations. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel, and data analytics tools. - Excellent critical thinking, business analysis, and communication skills.
