Sr Lead - HR Systems Administrator

Role Overview Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Sr Lead - HR Systems Administrator to join our Global HR Systems team in Noida. In this role, you will serve as a product manager and subject matter expert for key Workday modules, Cornerstone LMS, and ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities - Partner with HR systems leadership to develop a roadmap for Workday enhancements. - Maintain, monitor, and configure Workday modules and associated vendor integrations. - Consult with business partners to gather requirements and create functional specifications. - Create, execute, and document test scenarios for new HR systems functionality. - Troubleshoot complex system issues and propose creative configuration solutions. - Provide mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing to other HR systems team members. Required Qualifications - 3 or more years of Workday configuration experience in at least 2 modules. - 2 or more years of experience in core HR processes such as payroll, tax, or benefits. - Strong consultative skills with the ability to translate business needs into system designs. - Analytical skills with high accuracy in documentation and test case execution.
