Senior Lead Business Transformation

Role Overview Ameriprise Financial is seeking an analytical Senior Lead Business Transformation to join our technology team in Gurugram under a hybrid Work From Home model. In this project management role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives through the full project lifecycle. You will translate business objectives into requirements, manage project schedules, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Lead medium-complexity business transformation initiatives from planning through to execution - Build and manage detailed project schedules, RAIDQ logs, and project financial forecasts - Actively monitor project health, manage risk mitigation, and ensure high-quality delivery - Translate business objectives into clear requirements, process maps, and system designs - Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories - Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), design test plans, and manage defect triages - Serve as the primary point of contact between business partners, technology teams, and vendors - Socialize lessons learned and recommend enhancements to organization templates and processes Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technology field - At least 2 years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives - Minimum of 3 years of experience operating as a Business or Technical Analyst - Proven track record of managing projects using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery - Strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and project schedule management Why Join Us Ameriprise offers an inclusive, collaborative culture that rewards you for your contributions.
