Sr. Associate

Role Overview Genpact is looking for an empathetic Sr. Associate - Customer Care - Voice to join our team in Gurugram under a Work From Home model. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and place orders for financial services and products.
