Specialist - F&A - AP 4A

Role Overview Genpact is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance and Accounting team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will calculate and post business transactions, verify financial data, and manage vendor payment cycles. Key Responsibilities - Process purchase order and non-purchase order invoices accurately in the system. - Review invoices and requisitions to ensure satisfactory payment approvals. - Verify and calculate all extensions, totals, and discounts on incoming invoices. - Assign voucher numbers and check vendor files for previous payments. - Perform monthly vendor reconciliations and manage overall payment cycles. - Assist in resolving queries and implementing accounts payable improvements. - Support month-end close procedures and GRIR reconciliations. Required Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or Finance. - Master degree in Finance or related professional certifications. - Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping. - Proficiency in using Oracle or accounts payable automation software. - High level of written and verbal English communication skills. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance - Basic understanding of accounts payable processes and vendor reconciliations - Strong English language proficiency - Proficiency with accounting tools and ERP platforms like Oracle - Accounts Payable or related financial certification is a plus
