Specialist DDIT LDC Commercial

Role Overview Novartis is seeking an entry-level Specialist for project delivery and operations in our DDIT Commercial division. In this role, you will execute solution implementations, run efficient DevOps pipelines, and partner with strategic business partners for demand analysis. Key Responsibilities - Execute technology solution implementations according to the delivery strategy for commercial systems. - Partner with DDIT strategic business partners on demand analysis and funding estimates. - Deliver reusable product components on time, within budget, and in a secure compliant manner. - Run efficient DevOps for platform products to ensure high availability and optimal performance. - Follow established project governance structure and report against success metrics and KPIs. - Ensure strict adherence to Novartis security, compliance, and HSE safety standards. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent field. - Understanding of project management methodologies and software delivery lifecycles. - Basic knowledge of Agile development, DevOps practices, and digital capabilities. - Good stakeholder management, planning, and risk management capabilities. - Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
