Role Overview Genpact is seeking an Insurance Specialist to join our P&C Underwriting support division in Noida. You will review claim files, adjudicate claims according to policies, and coordinate with clients to resolve underwriting queries. This is a key operational role that offers extensive training and career progression within a leading technology and process intelligence firm. Key Responsibilities - Review and validate claim details for accuracy, completeness, and guideline compliance - Process and adjudicate claims within defined timelines to meet client service agreements - Communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and internal teams regarding claim status - Identify system discrepancies and escalate exceptions for prompt resolution - Maintain accurate records and documentation of all processed claims - Participate in process training to build domain expertise and improve compliance Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Risk Management, or Master's in Statistics - Foundational understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and underwriting - Intermediate English language proficiency (B1 level) with good communication skills - High analytical capability, eye for detail, and team coordination skills - Readiness to work in night shifts in Noida Why Join Us At Genpact, you will learn to drive digital transformations for global enterprises.
