Solutions Delivery Analyst

Role Overview Alight Solutions is looking for a skilled Solutions Delivery Analyst to join its Benefits Operations team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day operational tasks related to US benefits administration, ensuring high accuracy, adherence to client SLAs, and a continuous drive toward process improvement. You will work in close coordination with cross-functional and cross-shore teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities - Execute ongoing benefits operations tasks with full ownership, accountability, and adherence to defined quality standards - Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness - Perform complex benefit calculations and manual benefit administration activities requiring in-depth plan knowledge and interpretation - Ensure timely and accurate resolution of participant and plan administration issues in line with client SLA commitments - Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-shore teams to meet evolving client requirements - Participate actively in daily huddles, status meetings, and stakeholder discussions - Create and maintain detailed SOPs and process documentation to ensure standardisation and audit readiness - Deliver client-specific operational training and support transitions between Operations and Shared Services teams - Share knowledge proactively and contribute to a culture of coaching and collaboration across teams Required Qualifications - Graduate degree (excluding BE, BTech, MCA, or regular MBA) - Prior experience in US Benefits domain and Benefits Administration - Experience in Health or Retirement domain is preferred - Prior work experience at Alight, Aon, or Wipro is an added advantage - Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities for resolving complex benefits issues - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client and internal team interaction - Ability to document workflows, processes, and SOPs clearly and concisely - This role requires working from the office five days a week Why Join Us Alight is a global leader in benefits administration and HR solutions, committed to helping employees grow with purpose in an inclusive, empowering work environment.
