Software Engineer - OLT/ONT Embedded Systems

Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain embedded software using C and C++ for OLT/ONT products - Build software for real-time controllers, embedded Linux environments, and ASIC drivers - Work with IP-based networking and Layer 2/Layer 2+ protocols such as Ethernet, VLAN, QoS, DHCP, PPPoE, 802.1x, LLDP, and LACP - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and high-quality software solutions - Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and software integration activities - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and cloud-native deployment processes Required Qualifications - Strong hands-on programming experience in C and C++ with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design - Experience with Embedded Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP - Good knowledge of networking protocols and telecom technologies - Proficiency in Python, Shell Scripting, Jenkins, Git, and REST APIs - Exposure to GPON or XGS-PON technologies is a definite advantage Why Join Us Maven Workforce Inc. offers a collaborative and innovation-driven work environment where engineers can work on cutting-edge telecom products.
