ServiceNow HRSD Business Process Consultant

Role Overview The Business Process Consultant for ServiceNow HRSD is a functional and process expert responsible for helping customers transform and optimize HR service delivery using the ServiceNow HRSD platform. This role works closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and ServiceNow delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice HRSD solutions that drive employee experience, efficiency, and compliance. Key Responsibilities - Act as the HRSD process expert during customer engagements, guiding organizations through HR service transformation initiatives - Conduct process discovery, gap analysis, and future-state design workshops with HR, IT, and business stakeholders - Define and optimize HR service delivery processes including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events - Translate customer business requirements into configured ServiceNow HRSD solutions and implementation strategies Required Qualifications - 4 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD or HR service delivery consulting - Strong understanding of HR processes and service delivery models - Proven experience in conducting process discovery and gap analysis - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Why Join Us Tata Consultancy Services is a leading global IT services company offering exciting opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies and transform businesses.
