Service Delivery Director (DPO)

Role Overview HCLTech is looking for a customer-focused Service Delivery Director (DPO) to lead the end-to-end implementation and adoption of our Toscana Workflow Management System (WFMS). In this Chennai-based role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and client stakeholders across domains like Insurance, Healthcare, and BFSI. Join us to drive delivery excellence, manage customer relationships, and scale product integration. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for client business, operations, and IT stakeholders. - Translate complex customer needs into clear requirements aligned with product capabilities. - Drive product onboarding, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live support. - Own and execute delivery roadmaps for Toscana-WFMS implementation projects. - Collaborate with engineering teams to guide custom enhancements, fixes, and automation. - Partner with customers on gap analysis, workflow solutioning, and process optimization. - Provide domain leadership in operations workflow, queue management, and SLA compliance. - Gather customer feedback to shape the product roadmap with scalable patterns. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Overall IT delivery experience, with a focus on techno-functional leadership. - Strong functional knowledge in Insurance, Healthcare, or BFSI domains. - Familiarity with workflow management or operations platforms (BPM, WFM). - Hands-on understanding of Angular, Spring Boot, Node.js, SQL, and REST APIs. - 15+ years of experience in IT delivery, with 5+ years in techno-functional leadership. - Experience with BPM, WFM, or Case Management platforms. - Domain expertise in Insurance, Healthcare, or BFSI. - Understanding of web technologies (Angular, Spring Boot, Node.js, SQL). - Experience with agile delivery and compliance frameworks (PII, regulatory). - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
