As a Senior Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the stability, readiness, and reliability of critical non-production application environments. Key Responsibilities - Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting across development, SIT, UAT, and non-production environments. - Utilize Jenkins and PowerShell scripting to automate processes and ensure adherence to quality and security standards. - Conduct thorough root cause analysis for complex incidents escalated by analysts and implement effective security fixes. - Maintain and update the knowledge base with documented solutions and processes to enhance team training and coaching. - Resolve complex tickets within agreed service level agreements while maintaining a strong security posture. - Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to ensure seamless application operations and minimal downtime. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Over 6 years of experience in IT operations or application support, preferably in banking or financial services. - Advanced proficiency in Jenkins for continuous integration, deployment, and task automation. - Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting for system management and automation tasks. - Solid understanding of Python and Ansible for configuration management and process automation. - Familiarity with incident management processes, root cause analysis, and security incident resolution.
