Senior SAP FICO Consultant

Role Overview Tata Consultancy Services is hiring an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join its growing team across Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and system enhancements across client engagements - Provide L2 and L3 functional support for SAP FICO modules, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal business disruption - Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders and translate them into practical, scalable SAP solutions - Configure and maintain core FI modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting - Set up and manage CO components such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing - Handle end-to-end FI-CO integration with adjacent modules including MM, SD, and PP - Ensure adherence to global accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and internal financial controls - Drive process improvement and automation initiatives in collaboration with finance and IT leadership - Prepare functional specifications, coordinate unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, and maintain detailed configuration documentation - Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams across global locations - Conduct training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer to end users and junior team members Required Qualifications - 10 to 12 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience with a strong command of both FI and CO sub-modules - Demonstrated expertise in GL Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Product Costing or COPA - Minimum 2 to 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations from blueprint through go-live and post-production support - Strong experience in FI-CO integration with MM and SD modules - Exposure to S/4HANA Finance is preferred - Sound knowledge of financial period-end closing processes, tax frameworks, localization requirements, and compliance standards - Any graduate degree is acceptable Why Join Us TCS offers a world-class work environment with access to cutting-edge SAP technologies, global client exposure, and structured career growth pathways.
