Key Responsibilities - Deliver excellent remote customer experiences and maximize sales across live video and digital channels. - Offer complete home furnishing solutions by demonstrating a commercial approach and salesmanship. - Visualize attractive solutions using advanced digital planning tools that exceed customer expectations. - Leverage remote proactive selling techniques to contribute to business growth and profitability. - Collaborate with other team members to balance customer needs with Ingka business goals. - Capture customer insights to help Ingka improve remote support and purchase processes. Required Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales roles, focusing on complex solutions. - Technical education (B.Sc., B.D.) in design is highly preferred. - Expert knowledge of digital planning and sales tools to visualize home furnishing. - Strong home furnishing interest with proven skills in design and product specifications. - Strong communication, verbal, and written skills in the local language.
