Fulfilment Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities - Contribute to securing range availability goals by enabling efficient fulfillment operations - Support the planning and execution of commercial activation at local, country, and global levels - Contribute to operational forecasting by monitoring deviations and updating forecasting models - Secure correct range management across sales channels by proactively monitoring stock status - Maintain stock accuracy and implement corrective measures to resolve inventory discrepancies - Drive reductions in avoidable stock to achieve healthy warehouse capacity utilization and low costs - Build collaborative relationships across functions, including commercial and customer fulfillment teams - Apply analytical and process-oriented thinking to propose solutions that enhance operational efficiency Required Qualifications - University degree in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience - Basic understanding of customer needs and expectations in retail or logistics markets - Knowledge of logistics IT systems, inventory planning tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Strong analytical and numeric skills with the ability to identify trends and take action - Confident communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with strong problem-solving skills Why Join Us At IKEA, you will work in an inclusive and accepting environment where your unique ideas are valued.
