Job Description

Role Overview LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) is hiring a Senior Research Analyst to join its Case Management Team in Bengaluru. This role is central to ensuring the timely and accurate creation, activation, and allocation of cases for the Enhanced Due Diligence team. You will serve as a key coordination point between internal stakeholders, managing client onboarding, order validation, and operational workflows through platforms such as PSA, Salesforce, and SharePoint. Key Responsibilities - Manage and clear the PSA queue in real time, ensuring all case allocations are completed before end of shift - Create, activate, and allocate cases accurately in PSA while performing all mandatory pre-checks including duplicate checks, sanctioned country checks, scope of work validation, correct pricing, and accurate billing information - Process manual orders via the Action Centre queue and ensure zero negligence across case creation, amendments, activation, and SLA compliance - Support CSMs, Sales, and Account Managers in creating new accounts and recording onboarding information accurately - Validate and upload Order Forms and Client Proposals into relevant systems and ensure activation requirements meet research-readiness standards - Respond to all case management emails and SAM Communication Form requests in Salesforce within the 2-hour SLA - Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate case handling, escalating issues to management as per SOPs - Maintain and update CMT SharePoint materials and coordinate delivery schedules with operational teams - Handle the end-to-end RDD process and address complex queries received by the team - Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and training support to junior analysts - Adhere to Risk and Control Guidelines and Data Handling Standards at all times - Assist in developing PSA and order delivery enhancements in partnership with the enablement team - Contribute to process optimisation and operational efficiency improvements - Perform weekly, monthly, and ad hoc management reporting tasks Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience - Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy - Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills - High level of ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving ability - Experience with PSA, Salesforce, or similar workflow and CRM tools preferred - Background in client onboarding, order management, or operations support preferred - Familiarity with risk and control frameworks, especially in data-handling environments - Knowledge of or certification in AML, KYC, or CDD is an added advantage Why Join Us At LSEG, you will be part of a global organisation of 25,000 professionals across 65 countries, working in a collaborative culture that values integrity, excellence, and continuous improvement. Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Proven experience in case management, order processing, or operational workflow coordination - Proficiency in PSA, Salesforce, or similar CRM and workflow management tools - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in high-volume environments - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines - Familiarity with risk and control frameworks and data handling standards - Knowledge of AML, KYC, or CDD processes is preferred - Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members - High level of accountability and proactive problem-solving mindset
