Role Overview HCLTech is seeking a Senior Process Associate to join our business operations analyst team in Chennai. In this role, you will support the end-to-end policy lifecycle of individual life and health insurance products, ensuring high-quality delivery and SLA compliance. Key Responsibilities - Manage policy lifecycle administration, including application processing, issuance, and renewals. - Validate customer documentation and information to ensure process accuracy and completeness. - Address policy servicing requests, updates, endorsements, and cancellations on time. - Assist underwriting and claims teams with document verification and database logging. - Maintain operational trackers, MIS reports, and business dashboards using Excel. - Coordinate across underwriting, claims, and finance departments to resolve issues. - Adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain strict data confidentiality. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field. - One to two years of experience in insurance or financial services operations. - Good understanding of the individual insurance lifecycle and policy administration. - Practical proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and formula operations. - Strong attention to detail and customer-focused problem-solving capabilities.
