Job Description

Role Overview HCLTech is seeking a Senior Process Associate to support our Individual Products division in Gurugram. In this role, you will manage policy lifecycles, assist underwriting teams with data verification, and handle initial claims intakes. This is a fantastic opportunity for insurance and finance professionals to advance their careers with a global technology services company. Key Responsibilities - Support the policy lifecycle of Individual Products, including applications, issuance, and renewals - Validate customer documentation and information to ensure accuracy and completeness - Handle policy servicing requests, updates, and cancellations in compliance with SOPs - Assist underwriting teams with data verification, document checks, and risk inputs - Support initial claims intake by validating documentation and routing cases to teams - Maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and management information reports - Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field - One to two years of experience in insurance or BFSI operations - Strong attention to detail and a basic understanding of Individual Insurance lifecycles - Proficiency in MS Excel for data handling and reporting tasks - Good written and verbal communication skills in English Why Join Us HCLTech offers a professional, customer-focused environment where your career growth is supported. Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Insurance disciplines - 1-2 years of experience in insurance operations or financial services - Foundational knowledge of policy lifecycle and underwriting workflows - Competency in MS Excel and operational tracker maintenance - Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
