Senior Officer - HR Operations

Role Overview Reckitt is looking for a dedicated Senior Officer - HR Operations to support our regional Reward and Compensation shared services team. You will play a vital role in executing compensation updates, managing system transactions, and delivering outstanding HR support. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate end-to-end annual pay reviews and bonus cycles with the Reward COE and IT teams. - Manage SuccessFactors workflows, role-based permissions, data publishing, and statement distribution. - Process compensation adjustments, one-time payments, and on-demand transactions in HR systems. - Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and system readiness testing (SRT) for IT deployments. - Resolve employee queries by collaborating with subject matter experts, HR business partners, and factory teams. - Identify service delivery bottlenecks and implement continuous process improvements to improve efficiency. - Deliver first-line HR advice and guidance, ensuring timely ticket resolution and customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - Three to five years of experience in Reward Shared Services or HR Operations. - Strong proficiency in SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. - Deep understanding of HR transaction management and compensation benchmarking processes. - Excellent communication and change management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
