Senior Manager Programmatic

Role Overview WPP Media is seeking a Senior Manager Programmatic to join the Global Operations Centre team and deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. You will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia while leading a talented local programmatic team. This role offers the opportunity to drive excellence in digital media execution and platform expertise while fostering team growth and development. Key Responsibilities - Develop strong relationships with counterparts in WPP GOC regional teams across Europe, U.S., and Asia to ensure seamless collaboration - Lead training and growth initiatives for your local programmatic team members - Enforce DV360 and TrueView best practices with focus on platform expertise, consistency, and quality work delivery - Be accountable for consistent work delivery to WPP GOC regional teams while maintaining high quality output standards - Serve as escalation point for your team and take ownership of resolving challenges - Line manage 2-5 direct reports with up to 10 indirect reports - Provide career development, coaching, and timely actionable feedback to support team improvement - Support capacity planning and resource management for the team - Present strong and effective communication across all organizational levels Required Qualifications - 6-8 years of professional experience in digital media preferably within a media agency or trading desk - Hands-on experience and knowledge of Google Marketing Platform including DV360, CM, and GA360 - Experience with top AdTech and MarTech platforms - Proven experience in client presentations, programmatic strategy development, and new business pitches - Campaign execution experience with local programmatic players and measurement providers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software - Previous working experience in an agency, trading desk, or programmatic technology partner role Why Join Us WPP Media invests in employee growth and development while offering access to global networks for learning and career progression. - 6-8 years digital media experience in media agency or trading desk - Google Marketing Platform expertise including DV360, CM, GA360 - Knowledge of top AdTech and MarTech platforms - Experience in client decks, programmatic strategy, and new pitches - Hands-on programmatic platform expertise - Strong strategic thinking and business development skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software - Agency, trading desk, or programmatic tech partner experience - Campaign execution experience with local programmatic players and measurement providers - Strong communication skills across all levels - Team leadership and people management capabilities
