Senior Manager_Kenan Postpaid Billing Specialist_Pune

Role Overview Vodafone Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager and Kenan Postpaid Billing Specialist to join our technology team in Pune. In this role, you will manage, support, and enhance postpaid billing systems and associated BSS/OSS applications. Key Responsibilities - Manage and support the Kenan Postpaid Billing system, including configuration and customisation - Investigate and resolve technical and functional defects across telecom billing applications - Analyse end-to-end billing processes, including CDR flows, ratings, collections, and journal entries - Design and implement automation, batch monitoring, and operational workarounds - Handle incidents, problems, and service requests in line with ITIL-based SLA targets - Coordinate with cross-functional global teams and external vendors to deliver resolutions - Validate billing accuracy and reprocess data to ensure revenue assurance parameters are met - Maintain strict compliance with GDPR, audit requirements, and information security policies Required Qualifications - Extensive experience in the telecom billing domain and postpaid billing operations - In-depth knowledge of Kenan Billing System operations, support, and maintenance - Hands-on expertise in Unix or Linux environments, shell scripting, and Oracle SQL/PL/SQL - Familiarity with mediation, interconnect, and prepaid billing OSS/BSS architectures - Strong analytical skills to diagnose system issues and collaborate with global stakeholders - Ability to work effectively in a 24x7 rotational support environment and multi-cultural teams Why Join Us At Vodafone, you will work on business-critical billing platforms in a global environment.
