Responsibilities

Design sophisticated circuits and PCBs that strictly conform to modern 2026 industry standards and certifications. Work with, mentor, and guide junior and associate engineers to foster a collaborative and innovative environment. Lead the team in end-to-end PCB development, providing expert guidance in Circuit Design, Component Selection, Footprint generation, and Gerber/Production File Generation. Thoroughly interpret project

requirements

to ideate optimal design solutions and select ideal components from leading manufacturers. Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and firmware developers, to ensure unified product success. Proactively perform design updates in response to rapid changes in customer or internal requirements. Demonstrate an authoritative understanding of the full PCB Design workflow, from initial layout to final Gerber generation. Leverage deep expertise in developing embedded systems based on 16-bit and 32-bit microcontrollers and microprocessors. Masterfully incorporate subsystems such as power supplies, op-amp circuits, clocks, filter designs, electromechanical driver circuits, sensors, I/O interfaces, and advanced communication modules. Develop component footprints and maintain critical in-house Probots component libraries. Lead high-stakes projects involving advanced battery power management, wireless antennas, and high-density components. Work fluently with High Component Density PCBs, High-Speed/High-Voltage Signals, and complex Multilayer PCBs (6 to 12 layers). Natively apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles to ensure seamless production scaling. Utilize modern technologies such as WiFi, BLE, and IoT protocols deployed on ARM architectures, Arduino ecosystems, Raspberry Pi, ESP8266, ESP32, and NodeMCU. Participate in rigorous circuit, PCB, and broader technical reviews to ensure ultimate delivery quality. AI Adaptation In line with 2026 standards, hardware design workflow is enhanced by AI-driven tools to accelerate iteration and precision. You will utilize AI-assisted schematic capture and automated PCB routing optimization to handle complex 6-12 layer designs. You will leverage predictive AI models for signal integrity analysis and thermal management simulation during the design phase. The role involves using AI-powered component sourcing tools to navigate global supply chain fluctuations and ensure long-term availability. You will integrate AI/ML modules directly into hardware architectures for edge-computing applications in Industrial IoT. Requirements

Education:

Must hold a degree in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical.

Experience:

2 to 6 years of proven

in end-to-end Embedded Hardware Design, from initial architecture to final PCB. Track Record: A consistent history of delivering high-quality electronics designs from concept to mass production. Lifecycle Management: Deep involvement in the Product Development Life Cycle (DLC), managing projects from
