Role Overview You will join a highly motivated, multidisciplinary team of engineers working on the latest technologies. In this modern firmware role, you will blend traditional embedded development with state-of-the-art AI assistance. You will leverage AI coding agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced prompting techniques to accelerate code generation, automate debugging, and rapidly translate
requirements
into robust functional code.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Assisted Firmware Development: Develop firmware for microcontrollers (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP8266, ESP32, NodeMCU) in C/C++, utilizing AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Gemini Code Assist) to accelerate boilerplate generation and optimize algorithms. Prompt-Driven Debugging: Apply advanced prompting techniques to troubleshoot, debug, and analyze both firmware and hardware-related issues efficiently. Requirement Translation: Collaborate closely with the Hardware and Senior Firmware Development teams , utilizing AI tools to rapidly translate task
requirements
and flow charts into functional code using C, C++, Python, or Java. AI-Enhanced Quality Assurance: Participate actively in technical and code reviews, leveraging AI-driven static analysis agents to ensure the highest quality deliverables. Automated Documentation: Use LLMs to quickly generate comprehensive documentation, step-by-step instructions, and technical product content for our eCommerce website. Modern Connectivity Integration: Implement modern wireless and IoT technologies (WiFi, BLE), using AI models to rapidly synthesize and understand complex protocol integration. Teamwork, Ownership & Process Self-motivated team player who can also work independently, possessing a professional attitude and strong work ethic. Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing, and other in-house teams. Collaborate actively to experiment, discuss ideas, and learn from peers and senior engineers within a multidisciplinary environment. Communicate clearly, maintaining good verbal and written communication skills.

Educational Background: Engineers or Diploma students in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical, or Computer Science. Core Engineering

Excellent 'C' programming
skills
with a strong foundation in Object-Oriented Design (OOPS) , plus basic knowledge of reading schematics and PCB design. Hardware & Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with hardware peripherals (ADCs, Timers & Counters, Interrupts, Clocks, RTC, Bit Banging) and basic programming
experience
with modern embedded systems. AI & Modern Tooling Proficiency: Demonstrated ability or strong willingness to use AI chat interfaces, context-aware prompting, and AI coding agents to augment productivity and problem-solving. Mindset: We are looking for candidates with a passion for IoT, an interest in experimenting, and a go-getter attitude. Nice to have Basic knowledge of reading schematics and PCB design. Hands-on
experience
