Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Representative

Role Overview Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Representative to join our commercial real estate loan servicing team in Bengaluru. In this night-shift role, you will manage construction, problem, and agency loans while providing direct customer service to clients. Help us deliver exceptional customer support and execute critical risk programs to ensure our clients' financial success. Key Responsibilities - Service commercial real estate loans, including complex construction and problem loans. - Act as the primary customer service contact for escalated loan inquiries and disputes. - Book and fund new loans and modifications, reviewing document language for compliance. - Monitor collateral, prepare payoff letters, and verify ongoing insurance coverage. - Perform complex administrative and customer support tasks while meeting same-day SLAs. - Provide training, guidance, and quality assurance feedback to less experienced loan administrators. - Collaborate with cross-functional managers and peers to resolve loan discrepancies. Required Qualifications - Two or more years of experience in commercial loan servicing or banking operations. - Graduation in commerce or business management (BCom, BBM, or MBA preferred). - Hands-on experience with invoice processing, credit memos, and financial reconciliations. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively during night shift hours (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST). - Exceptional data entry accuracy and strong analytical problem-solving skills. - 2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience. - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business (BBM), or MBA. - Ability and willingness to work night shifts (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST). - Experience in banking operations, invoice processing, or accounts payable/receivable. - Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in financial data entry. - Proven time management skills with ability to meet same-day SLAs.
