Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end accounts receivable follow-up for US healthcare clients, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding insurance claims. Manage denial identification, analysis, and resubmission to minimise revenue leakage. Work on physician billing processes and coordinate with payers to expedite claim settlements. Maintain accurate documentation of all AR activities, follow-ups, and claim statuses. Communicate effectively with insurance companies and internal teams to resolve complex billing issues. Meet productivity and quality benchmarks set by the organisation. Required Qualifications Candidates must possess 4 to 9 years of direct experience in AR calling within the US healthcare or medical billing domain. Demonstrated expertise in denial management, RCM processes, and physician billing is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Immediate availability to join is mandatory. Prior experience as a Senior AR Caller or similar designation will be given preference.
