Senior Analyst - Rebates and Incentives Vistex SAP CoE

Role Overview Cardinal Health is looking for a Senior Analyst specialising in Rebates and Incentives within the Vistex SAP Centre of Excellence. This role sits within the Application Development and Maintenance function and requires a professional who can configure, enhance, and sustain SAP-based software systems while working closely with cross-functional teams. The position follows an extended shift schedule of 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST to align with US business hours. Key Responsibilities - Configure and maintain SAP Rebates and Incentives Vistex functionality including IP document setup and Calculation Buckets - Manage end-to-end integration with SD and Finance modules to ensure seamless process alignment - Set up and maintain Pricing components such as Condition Tables, Condition Types, Access Sequences, Pricing Procedures, Condition Records, and Pricing Routines - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and functional designs - Lead development activities on SAP S/4 HANA and other major SAP implementation projects - Develop RICEF objects to support Fiori applications and business process automation - Troubleshoot issues across functional and technical layers and provide timely resolutions - Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team - Lead meetings and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences - Recommend improvements to existing practices, processes, and metrics Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience - Minimum 4 years of overall IT experience with at least 2 years of hands-on SAP ecosystem exposure - Strong knowledge of Rebates and Incentives Vistex functionality - Proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations and related projects - Familiarity with advanced SAP technologies and automation tools - Experience working in an onshore-offshore development model - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to address both technical and business audiences - Strong organisational skills and ability to manage day-to-day planning independently - Willingness to work occasional off-hours as business needs demand - Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse process flows and translate them into measurable business impact Why Join Us Cardinal Health fosters an inclusive and diverse workplace where every team member is valued for who they are and what they contribute.
