Role Overview HCLTech is looking for a Senior Administrator specializing in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Agentic AI. In this role, you will deliver advanced technical support for complex cloud incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement security updates. Key Responsibilities - Provide advanced technical support for complex GCP incidents escalated by operational support analysts. - Conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement effective resolutions for cloud security issues. - Manage and update the technical knowledge base to support continuous team learning and training. - Mentor and coach analysts on Google Cloud Platform best practices and operational standards. - Resolve support tickets within agreed service level agreements by partnering with IT teams. - Enhance customer experience and satisfaction metrics through efficient first-call resolutions. - Adhere to regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company cloud hosting policies. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong functional understanding and experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. - Proven troubleshooting skills in cloud environments with a focus on incident management. - Familiarity with cloud security, compliance requirements, and operational best practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse IT teams.
