SAP FICO Consultant

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with over 10 years of expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling modules. This role involves leading implementations, rollouts, and support projects while working closely with business stakeholders across PAN India locations. You will manage integration with SAP MM and SD modules and mentor junior team members to drive organizational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Lead SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and support projects from conception to completion - Manage and optimize General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting processes - Handle financial closing processes, costing modules, and profit center accounting - Coordinate integration between SAP FICO and SAP MM and SD modules - Interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions - Mentor junior consultants and support team members - Manage Internal Orders and Cost Center Accounting configurations Required Qualifications - 10 or more years of hands-on SAP FICO experience - Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Costing modules - Deep knowledge of financial closing processes and reporting - Experience with S/4HANA implementation and support - Proficiency in SAP FI Configuration and General Ledger management - Any bachelor's or master's degree Why Join Us Join Tata Consultancy Services, a global leader in IT consulting and services, where you can work on transformational projects with leading clients worldwide. - 10+ years of SAP FICO experience - Expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable - Strong knowledge of Asset Accounting and Cost Center Accounting - Experience with Costing modules and Profit Center Accounting - Proficiency in SAP FI Configuration - S/4HANA experience preferred - Experience managing SAP MM and SD integration - Strong problem-solving skills - Client interaction and stakeholder management experience - Mentoring and team leadership capabilities - Any graduate or postgraduate degree
