SAP FICO Consultant

Role Overview As a SAP FICO Consultant at TCS, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and testing financial and controlling modules in SAP environments. You will analyze complex business requirements, facilitate end-to-end implementations, and ensure seamless integration across multiple modules. This is a strategic role requiring deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and financial systems architecture. Key Responsibilities - Execute full lifecycle implementations, roll-outs, and post-go-live support for SAP FICO modules across client engagements - Translate complex business requirements into validated technical and functional specifications through detailed process mapping - Design and configure General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling modules including Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting - Manage system integration touchpoints between FI/CO and other core modules such as Materials Management and Sales and Distribution - Oversee data migrations, manage custom developments, generate reports, and provide ongoing technical support Required Qualifications - 10 or more years of domain and implementation experience with minimum 2 to 3 end-to-end SAP FICO implementations - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or any related field - Hands-on expertise in SAP FICO, Electronic Bank Reconciliation, Profitability Analysis, and SAP S/4HANA - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent stakeholder management abilities Why Join Us TCS is a global leader in IT services and consulting with a strong commitment to innovation and client excellence. - 10 or more years of SAP FICO implementation experience - Minimum 2 to 3 complete end-to-end implementations - Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, EBR, and CO-PA - Strong knowledge of FI/CO module configuration - Experience with General Ledger, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting - Materials Management and Sales and Distribution integration knowledge - Data migration and custom development experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Accounting - Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Strong stakeholder management skills
