Sales Executive Inbound

Role Overview DU Squad is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive for its Inbound team based out of Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to us, and your goal will be to understand their needs, provide accurate information, and guide them toward the best possible solutions. This is a 5.5-day work week position operating in the night shift. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer queries across multiple communication channels including calls, chat, and email - Provide detailed product and service information to help customers make informed decisions - Recommend appropriate solutions to customer concerns while ensuring high levels of satisfaction - Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system - Build lasting rapport with customers to enhance their overall experience with the brand - Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth resolution of queries Required Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound sales or customer support roles - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong ability to handle customers and influence decisions with confidence and empathy - Patience and professionalism when dealing with difficult or challenging interactions - Basic technical proficiency with CRM tools or customer support software - Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Prior experience in night shift or remote operations is an added advantage Why Join Us DU Squad offers a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment where your skills in sales and customer engagement will be valued and developed.
