Sales Coordinator

Role Overview Protectol Health is looking for a reliable Sales Coordinator to join our remote team. You will manage customer communication, draft sales quotations, coordinate orders, and support sales executives across the UAE, Qatar, Oman, and KSA. Key Responsibilities - Send introduction emails to potential clients detailing the company profile and product portfolio. - Respond to website, WhatsApp, and RFQ enquiries with accurate pricing and product data. - Log sales leads and opportunities in the CRM system while preventing duplicate entries. - Draft, revise, and track customer quotations, purchase orders, and delivery details. - Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and proforma invoices for transactions. - Coordinate with internal teams to track delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch. - Resolve client issues at the ground level and escalate complex problems to the Sales Lead. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline. - Proven experience in sales coordination, client relations, or remote customer support. - High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM data entry management. - Strong communication, multitasking, and organization skills with high attention to detail. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment under tight deadlines.
