Role Overview AutoFlow Technologies is looking for a driven and strategic Pre-Sales and Sales Consultant to join their growing business team in Pune. This role is central to expanding the company's client base, owning the complete sales lifecycle, and collaborating with internal technical teams to craft winning solutions. Key Responsibilities - Drive new business through proactive lead generation, prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic partnerships - Own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle including lead qualification, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure - Identify and pursue opportunities across IT Services, SaaS, Digital Transformation, Custom Software Development, and Enterprise Solutions - Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and deliver accurate revenue forecasts - Develop strong relationships with CXOs, business heads, and key decision-makers at target organisations - Collaborate with business analysts, product teams, and technical experts to design solution-oriented proposals - Conduct discovery sessions, prepare presentations, effort estimations, solution documents, and proof-of-concepts - Support responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs while delivering compelling product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts and ensure seamless customer onboarding Required Qualifications - 3 to 6 years of experience in IT Services, SaaS, Software Solutions, or Technology Consulting Sales - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving measurable business growth - Strong consultative selling, relationship management, and negotiation skills - Solid understanding of modern technology concepts including Cloud, SaaS, CRM, ERP, AI, Analytics, and Digital Transformation - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills - Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, CRM platforms, and collaboration tools - Background in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Technology Consulting is preferred - Experience selling to enterprise clients in Manufacturing, BFSI, Insurance, Retail, or Logistics sectors is an added advantage Why Join Us AutoFlow Technologies offers a high-impact sales role where your contributions directly shape business growth and client success. Requirements

- 3 to 6 years of B2B sales experience in IT Services, SaaS, or Technology Consulting - Proven ability to manage complete sales cycles from prospecting to closure - Strong consultative selling and client relationship management skills - Good understanding of Cloud, SaaS, CRM, ERP, AI, and Digital Transformation solutions - Excellent presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills - Proficiency in CRM tools, PowerPoint, and Excel - Preferred experience in enterprise sales across BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Insurance, or Logistics - Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and conducting solution demonstrations
