Role Overview OneMetric, formerly known as Growtomation, is a leading revenue enablement partner for modern B2B organizations. We collaborate with global companies to optimize their sales, marketing, and customer success operations through HubSpot implementations and RevOps frameworks, enabling them to scale efficiently and generate predictable revenue. We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Associate to join our growing team and contribute meaningfully to both outbound and inbound sales efforts in a dynamic startup environment. Key Responsibilities - Generate and qualify leads through targeted outbound prospecting activities - Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts - Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms - Engage with inbound leads promptly and schedule discovery calls with the sales team - Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support pipeline generation and reporting - Collaborate closely with Marketing and RevOps teams to continuously improve outreach performance and conversion rates Required Qualifications - 0 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Customer Success - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident interpersonal approach - Genuine interest in B2B SaaS, the sales process, and the startup ecosystem - Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Apollo, or Lusha is a plus - Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn within a fast-paced, high-growth environment Why Join Us At OneMetric, you will gain direct exposure to global B2B sales processes and receive hands-on mentorship from experienced sales leaders who are invested in your growth. Requirements

- 0 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Interest in B2B SaaS, sales processes, and the startup environment - Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, or similar tools preferred - Self-driven, proactive, and quick to learn in a fast-paced setting - Ability to research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
