Role Overview
H&M is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join its New Delhi store team. In this full-time role, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional in-store experience, helping customers discover products they love while representing the H&M brand with confidence and warmth. You will work closely with a dynamic store team and contribute directly to the store's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and guide them through the store, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience
- Use your fashion and product knowledge to help customers make well-informed purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards across every stage of the customer journey
- Keep the sales floor and back of house well-organised, fully stocked, and visually appealing
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures as required
- Represent H&M's values and brand identity in all customer-facing interactions
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service within retail, fashion, or a related field
- A genuine passion for fashion trends and delivering outstanding in-store experiences
- Strong communication skills with a creative and curious approach to work
- Comfortable working with store technology and eager to learn new systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic team environment
- Flexible, action-oriented, and dependable
