Robotics Trainer

Role Overview Yagen Robotics Pvt Ltd is looking for a passionate and skilled Robotics Trainer to join their growing team in Pallavaram, Chennai. This is a full-time opportunity suited for individuals who are enthusiastic about STEM education and have a solid foundation in robotics, electronics, and programming. You will play a key role in shaping the next generation of innovators by delivering high-quality training to school students, college students, educators, and working professionals. Key Responsibilities - Conduct engaging robotics training sessions for K12 students, college learners, educators, and industry professionals - Teach core and advanced concepts in robotics, electronics, sensors, microcontrollers, and automation systems - Deliver hands-on training using platforms such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and other embedded systems - Teach programming languages including Python and C/C++ in the context of robotics applications - Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and practical learning modules - Design and supervise hands-on projects, robotics experiments, and innovation activities - Set up, maintain, and manage robotics lab equipment and learning resources - Mentor students in building robots and preparing for robotics competitions - Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback and guidance - Stay current with emerging robotics technologies, automation trends, and STEM education developments - Collaborate with academic coordinators and faculty to align training content with curriculum goals - Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of robotics training programs Required Qualifications - Background in robotics, electronics, embedded systems, or a related engineering discipline - Hands-on experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar microcontroller platforms - Proficiency in Python and/or C/C++ programming for robotics - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners of varying age groups - Strong communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills - Passion for STEM education and working with young learners Why Join Us Yagen Robotics is a Startup India and Startup TN recognised company and a proud member of NASSCOM's 10,000 Startups Virtual Incubation Program, offering you the chance to grow within a dynamic and innovation-driven organisation.
