Retail Associate

Role Overview adidas is seeking a passionate Retail Associate to join our store team in Delhi. In this role, you will play a key part in meeting store sales targets, serving customers, and executing daily retail operations. Key Responsibilities - Greet customers, understand their needs, and assist them with product selection to drive store sales. - Execute brand customer service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations. - Maintain store visual merchandising standards and ensure products are properly replenished on the sales floor. - Process cash register transactions quickly and accurately while minimizing inventory loss. - Collaborate with team members to ensure all store operations run safely and efficiently. - Complete required training programs and seek coaching opportunities to continuously improve performance. Required Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory. - Prior experience of six months in a commercial or sports retail environment is preferred. - Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills. - Passion for sports, active lifestyle, and a customer-centric mindset. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
