The role also involves collaborating with physicians and nursing staff to develop and adjust respiratory care plans, maintaining accurate patient documentation, and ensuring that all respiratory equipment is calibrated, sanitised, and functioning correctly. Required Qualifications Candidates must hold a Diploma in a relevant healthcare or paramedical specialisation. Practical experience in a hospital or clinical environment with exposure to ventilator management, sleep medicine protocols, and pulmonary function testing will be an advantage.
