Role Overview ResultsCX is seeking an enthusiastic, seasonal Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Bengaluru. In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent in a high-volume environment. You will play a critical role in representing our brand and maintaining a positive candidate experience across various programs. Key Responsibilities - Conduct high-volume interviews and candidate assessments using defined recruitment processes - Evaluate applicant skills, experience, and technical computer specifications for alignment - Ensure data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Prepare and publish detailed daily and weekly reports on hiring metrics - Manage candidate pipelines effectively to meet business demands and timelines - Build strong relationships and coordinate with internal project leads - Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or equivalent professional experience - Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel - Solid understanding of pipeline management and candidate screening Why Join Us At ResultsCX, we offer a vibrant, supportive, and fun culture that values teamwork and customer success.
