Job Description

Role Overview Calderys is looking for a proactive and well-presented Receptionist and Admin Executive to manage front office operations and provide administrative support at their manufacturing facility in Baner, Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with prior experience in front office or admin roles within a manufacturing or plant environment. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining a professional office atmosphere. Key Responsibilities - Manage the front desk, welcome visitors professionally, and maintain an accurate visitor logbook - Handle all incoming calls, emails, courier dispatches, and internal distribution efficiently - Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in planning internal meetings and employee engagement initiatives - Monitor and replenish office stationery, housekeeping supplies, and other operational requirements - Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and coordination with vendors - Support the HR and Admin team with documentation, file management, and record-keeping tasks - Facilitate facility-related activities including ID card issuance, access control management, and maintenance follow-ups - Uphold safety and security protocols for visitors and the front-office area at all times Required Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline such as B.A. or B.Com. - Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or plant setup - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset - Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic administrative tools - Professional appearance and a positive, collaborative attitude Why Join Us Calderys is a globally recognised leader in high-temperature solutions and offers a structured, professional work environment with opportunities to grow within the organisation. Requirements

- Graduate degree in B.A., B.Com., or any discipline - 2 to 5 years of front office or admin experience, preferably in manufacturing - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools - Professional appearance and strong customer-service orientation - Experience with visitor management, travel coordination, and vendor handling - Familiarity with facility management tasks such as access control and ID issuance
