RCM AR Caller

Role Overview Ambicq Billing Solutions is hiring RCM AR Callers for its Chennai office located in Red Hills. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in medical billing and revenue cycle management to work with US healthcare insurance payers including Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance companies. Key Responsibilities - Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid and underpaid medical claims - Analyze claim denials and execute appropriate resolution strategies - Verify claim status, patient eligibility, authorizations, and benefit details - Submit appeals and reconsideration requests in a timely and accurate manner - Document all call outcomes and account activity updates with precision - Work on aging reports and prioritize high-value accounts for timely resolution - Coordinate with internal billing teams to address and resolve outstanding billing issues - Consistently meet daily productivity benchmarks and quality standards Required Qualifications - 0 to 5 years of experience in Medical Billing AR Calling or a related RCM role - Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance payers - Experience handling denial management and filing insurance appeals - Familiarity with medical billing software platforms and clearinghouses - Strong verbal communication and analytical problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and deliver results against set targets - Any graduate degree is acceptable Why Join Us Ambicq Billing Solutions offers a structured work environment with a focus on growth in the US healthcare billing domain.
