Quality Assurance Officer

Role Overview HLL Lifecare is hiring Quality Assurance Officers across multiple locations in Maharashtra to strengthen its healthcare quality management operations. This is a full-time contractual role suited for professionals with hands-on experience in healthcare compliance, audits, and quality documentation. The selected candidates will play a vital role in maintaining and improving quality standards across hospital and medical service facilities. Key Responsibilities - Monitor daily healthcare operations to ensure adherence to established quality standards - Plan and conduct internal audits and departmental inspections on a regular basis - Maintain quality records, standard operating procedures, checklists, and compliance documentation - Ensure facility-wide compliance with NABH, NABL, ISO, and other applicable healthcare quality standards - Coordinate with departments to initiate and close corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) - Track and review incident reports, patient complaints, and quality performance indicators - Support the design and execution of quality improvement initiatives across departments - Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management - Conduct staff training sessions on quality procedures and regulatory compliance - Support infection control programs and patient safety activities Required Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or equivalent - 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare quality assurance or a related field - Working knowledge of NABH, NABL, ISO, or similar healthcare accreditation standards - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and report preparation - Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and documentation skills - Good communication and interdepartmental coordination skills Why Join Us HLL Lifecare is a government of India enterprise with a strong presence in the healthcare sector, offering meaningful work that directly impacts patient safety and service quality. - Diploma or B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) - 3 to 8 years of experience in healthcare quality assurance - Knowledge of NABH, NABL, and ISO healthcare quality standards - Experience in internal audits and compliance activities - Ability to maintain SOPs, checklists, and quality documentation - Familiarity with CAPA processes and incident reporting - Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word - Strong communication and coordination skills - Attention to detail and analytical thinking
